The JGX-0480D-75A Wire Rope Vibration Isolator is engineered around a fundamental design principle: eliminate every component that can age, degrade, or drift over time. Unlike conventional vibration isolators that incorporate rubber, polyurethane, silicone, or fluid-filled elements, this isolator uses 100% metal construction throughout—Stainless Steel 304 wire rope with 7×19 IWRC construction, SS304 retaining bars, and hydraulically-crimped aluminum alloy clamps. The result is an isolation solution that delivers identical vibration control characteristics on day one and day ten thousand, with zero performance drift attributable to material aging.
